Here is the process:

Step 1: Education - We require at least a GED to start. You can enroll to get your degree through our program partnership with Goodwill Hawaii.

Step 2. Application - When you have your high school diploma or GED, you can apply to enter the program.

Step 3. Certifications - We will get you enrolled to meet the required certifications of your chosen trade Academy.

Step 4. Academy Training - you will be trained both with classroom work as well as time in the field with our Academy expert.

Step 5. Career Pathway Placement - When you have completed your Academy training, you will be guided in our Career Pathways program where we help you along the way to be placed in your next career.
